Volunteer

 

When adults volunteer, all students benefit! There are many opportunities for parents and community members to get involved!  Your help is needed! Click the link below and sign up for one of our Volunteering Opportunities.

 

Please note that before your are allowed to volunteer, you MUST complete Virtus training and a background check. Click on the volunteer requirements tab for instructions as to how to go about receiving your certification. Once you are certified, the rectory will contact you to pick up your security badge. You will need the badge to be admitted to the school building. If you have been previously been certified, check the date of expiration. Kindly contact our VP of Volunteers at volunteers@stcatharinespta.com so that she may maintain a list of "active" volunteers.

The St. Catharine School motto "Faith - Knowledge - Service" speaks to our community’s commitment to living a well-balanced Christian life. As parents, we consistently strive to demonstrate by our actions those virtues and behaviors we wish to foster in our children.

 

St. Catharine School provides countless opportunities for parents to demonstrate the virtue of service to our children. One way, in particular, is for members of our PTA (every parent and guardian with a child at the school is a PTA member) to volunteer your time at different events throughout the school year.
 
Volunteer Interests 
 

Kerryn Shaughnessy , SCS Athletic Director, is looking for volunteer coaches for team sports.  

All of our coaches are volunteers.  It has always been our tradition to depend on our parents to volunteer their time when possible.
